Warranty Service Support
Warranty support for SANY mining equipment is based on international quality standards and a customer-focused approach. The warranty period is specified in the equipment supply agreement and covers manufacturing defects in materials and/or assembly. The warranty is valid provided that the operating rules are followed and maintenance is performed according to the user manual or technical documentation supplied with the equipment. Repair or replacement of defective components is provided free of charge within the warranty period. Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow maintenance schedules, equipment modifications, or use of non-original parts.
- Wear parts and consumables.
- Mechanical damage due to accidents or natural disasters.

Post-Warranty Service

Customer support does not end with the expiration of the warranty period and can be extended by entering into a post-warranty service agreement. Post-warranty service packages are tailored to meet the client’s needs and budget.
